When you think of a denture, you may think it is a full set of false teeth. That doesn’t have to be the case. A denture can just be one tooth. It is called a removable partial denture and can fill the gap of just one missing tooth. A partial denture is small, thin and very discreet.
How does the denture stay in place?
A metal or acrylic clasp is used to secure the tooth in place. It also significantly reduces movement. The teeth either side of the missing tooth must be in good order to allow this.
Where can I have my partial denture made?
Here at Bay One Denture Clinic in Liverpool, we invite you to a free consultation with our Clinical Dental Technician, Andrew. During the appointment you can ask any questions and voice any concerns as the procedure will be explained to you in full.
